Sewer SDR35 White Solvent Weld

Pacific Plastics Gravity Sewer pipe is produced for use in non-pressure drainage of sewage and surface water. The compound is PVC 1120 Type 1 Grade 1, with cell class of 12454B per ASTM D1784.

Pacific Plastics produces its SDR35 series of pipe in strict compliance to ASTM D3034. This product is listed with NSF. The solvent cement shall conform to ASTM D2564.

Potable Water Sch40 White Solvent Weld

Pacific Plastics IPS Schedule series of PVC pipe is produced for use in both the pressure and DWV applications in which the maximum operating temperature is 140°F. The compound is PVC 1120 Type 1 Grade 1, with a cell class of 12454B, per ASTM D1784.

Each one of the categories of our Schedule series listed below is produced in strict compliance to ASTM D1785. It is listed with NSF and complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 14 and Standard 61. The Sch40 White pipe is dual marked, so it can be used both for Pressure and DWV applications. The dual marked pipe conforms to ASTM D1785 and ASTM D2665.

Sch40 pipe is installed per ASTM D2855. The joints should conform to ASTM D2672, the solvent cement to ASTM D2564 and the primer to ASTM F656.

Pacific Plastics IPS Schedule series of PVC pipe is produced for use in the pressure applications in which the maximum operating temperature is 140°F. The compound is PVC 1120 Type 1 Grade 1, with a cell class of 12454B, per ASTM D1784.

Sch80 is produced in strict compliance to ASTM D1785 and is listed with NSF, and complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 14 and Standard 61.

Sch80 pipe is installed per ASTM D2855. The joints should conform to ASTM D2672, the solvent cement to ASTM D2564 and the primer to ASTM F656.

Electrical Conduit Sch40 Grey Solvent Weld

Pacific Plastics Electrical Conduit is produced for the conveyance of electrical wires, above or below ground. The compound is PVC 1120 Type 1 Grade 1, with a cell class of 12454B per ASTM D1784.

Our Sch40 Electrical Conduit is produced in strict compliance to UL 651 and NEMA’s TC-2. It can be installed both in the underground and above ground applications.

Sizes of 1/2″ – 6″ are produced in Grey color, 20 foot and 10 foot lengths Belled End.

Sewer SDR35 Green Gasketed

Gasketed PVC Sewer pipe is produced in green color and in 20 foot lengths. Solid pipe is produced from 4″ to 18″ and perforated pipe is produced from 4″ to 8″.

Drain Sch40 Perforated White Solvent Weld
